2. Major cities: 2 days
3. Other areas: 2–3 days
4. Remote locations: may take 3–5 days
5. Delivery times may vary during holidays or high-order seasons, but we always try to deliver as quickly as possible.

Order Processing:

1. Orders are processed the same day if placed before 5 PM.
2. Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next business day.
3. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number (if available).

Shipping Charges:

1. Standard delivery charges apply depending on your location and courier service.
2. Shipping costs will be shown at checkout.
3. Sometimes we offer free delivery promotions on selected products.

Cash on Delivery (COD):

• We offer Cash on Delivery for most areas in Pakistan. Please ensure your mobile number is active so the rider can contact you.

Order Confirmation Call:

• For COD orders, our team may contact you for order verification.
  Unverified orders may be cancelled automatically.

Damaged or Wrong Product:

If you receive a product that is damaged or not what you ordered, please inform us within 24–48 hours with photos or videos.
We will arrange a return or replacement according to our Return Policy.

Delayed Delivery:

If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeline, you can contact us anytime.
We will coordinate with the courier service and update you promptly.
