7-Day Return Policy:

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your product. After 7 days, unfortunately we cannot offer a return, exchange, or refund.

Eligibility for Return:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
  • The product must be unused
  • The item must be in the same condition you received it.
  • No signs of installation, scratches, burn marks, water damage, or usage.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and box contents must be included.
  • Broken or faulty items inside the box

If you receive a product that is broken, damaged, or not working straight out of the box, you must inform us within 24–48 hours with clear photos or videos.
We will approve the return after inspection.

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been used or installed
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse
  • Products without original box or missing accessories
  • Items returned after the 7-day window

Return Process:

  1.  Contact us through our Contact Us page or official WhatsApp/email.
  2.  Provide your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.
  3.  Our team will review and approve the return if it meets the policy.
  4.  You will need to send the product back to our return address.
  5.  Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds:

Refunds are issued only after inspection of the returned product.
If approved, refunds will be sent to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.

Exchange Policy:

If the item is defective or damaged, we will replace it with the same model.
If the product is out of stock, we will issue a refund or offer an alternative item.

Shipping Costs:

If the product is broken or faulty from the box, we cover the return shipping.

If you return the product for any other reason, you must pay the shipping cost.
